Pros
Alot of exciting and varied work - no day is the same on a manufacturing site and you gain a breadth of skills. They are very open to helping you on your chosen career path (as long as it aligns with the business)
Cons
No flexible working. Management and board vision is not great - short term thinking Limited real D&I incentives. There is a “hustle” culture and people are rewarded for putting in excess and late hours.
