Management makes every effort to be transparent and seek input from all internal stakeholders.

The organization is going through restructuring after being sold off to new ownership leading to questions about long-term corporate direction.

On occasion, hours outside the office are required to complete time-sensitive projects. It would be nice if the benefits package was a little more robust.
