      - Some really nice and talented people working here - Interesting domain to work in with lots of areas for technical growth - Free breakfast and some fun benefits

      Cons

      - Overly engineered systems leading to constant firefighting, overspending and compounding complexity - Poor communication from senior management regarding technical vision and strategy, particularly regarding technical debt - People tend to keep their head down instead of voicing their opinions - Outdated processes making day-to-day work a chore - Inadequate tooling provided to engineers

      Training is for 1 month only

      Cons

      Poor training, employees are not allowed to save any training materials, you have to handwrite notes based on training materials. The trainers are poor and most have been there for months and do not know what they are doing. There are 2 pages of negative reviews on the Better Business Bureau. The clients do not like them either. When you are let go, the company does not let you know until you show up for work!
