      Amazing work/life balance. Competitive wages. Relaxed atmosphere.

      Cons

      For a company that has been around for a while, this department (2nd shift in particular) is suffering from issues that should only be relevant to a new company. Immediate leadership is biased on personalities, and there is no stability within leadership. ("Too many chiefs. Not enough indians") Attendance policy and rules seem to change every couple of months. ZERO consistency in my 2 years of being there so far.

      Pros

      Provided health insurance. Good coworkers Good exposure to team at client site If you have a good technical lead, the job can be great!

      Cons

      You have 2 bosses (Technical lead from Client Site) and your PPD boss. PPD Boss does not know what is going on If you have a bad technical lead, your life can be miserable. Pay is low No protection from abusive technical lead (coworkers on same team can have a drastically different experience)
