Pros
I've rejoined PPD after nearly 8 years of raising my family. PPD has been flexible to make this happen: part time hours to fit around schooling and term dates, working from home - back into a job I love. Returning to work after so many years can be (and was) daunting - the teams made it easy to integrate and made it a smooth transition back to working life. PPD really does change lives - for both our customers and our employees.
Cons
It is a very large company - so upon starting it can be a challenge to navigate the acronyms and structure! The induction programs (and new joiner buddy system) really helped
