Pros

The job itself is easy. You aren't taking a lot of calls a day. On a seriously busy day I took 12 calls.

Cons

My manager was new to his position. He was extremely personable and an overall nice guy but wasn't helpful at all. He seemed overwhelmed. Other managers would sit with their new employees weekly to make sure they were comfortable and give them pointers on what they could do better or different. He never did that. He would only send emails if you did something wrong.

Pros

Provided health insurance. Good coworkers Good exposure to team at client site If you have a good technical lead, the job can be great!

Cons

You have 2 bosses (Technical lead from Client Site) and your PPD boss. PPD Boss does not know what is going on If you have a bad technical lead, your life can be miserable. Pay is low No protection from abusive technical lead (coworkers on same team can have a drastically different experience)
