Pros
Great management who care about you from your line manager to several levels above. Good opportunities for growth and development, either in your department or cross-departmentally. Really good benefits as well. Work-life balance is improving. Very transparent upper management.
Cons
The salary is a little low compared to other companies in the industry. But when you look at your overall package, it's more than what you'd get elsewhere.
