Wins work across a wide range of interesting work from high profile turnarounds and insolvencies, to government advisory work to management consulting work. Fairly open and laid back culture that gives employees a lot of autonomy and benefit of the doubt, providing the work gets done. Driven in part by cultures brought from Big 4 firms (as a large portion of directors and partners are ex big 4). Opportunity to work with partners (some ex Big 4, some not) who are market leaders in their field. Travel (typically interstate) to projects all around Australia or to offices in Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane and (less likely, but possible) Singapore.
