Pros
Everyone is helpful and people care about you and your success. Relaxed atmosphere with minimal bureaucracy. A lot of transparency into what is going on in the company. Serves some great markets and works on cool projects. Has high expectations of employees which makes for good co-workers.
Cons
Can be stressful, we are providing professional services and projects need to get done. Not really a con but can be seen as one is that you have to prove yourself. Don't expect big starting salaries but once you prove yourself the payoff is there. You can even become an owner!
