Pros

- I had the opportunity to meet and work with many great people during my time at POSH DJs. - The work environment was often fun, energetic, and fast-paced. - I learned a great deal about A/V production, event operations, lighting, and special effects. - It's a solid entry point for individuals interested in exploring careers in DJing, event production, or the A/V industry.

Cons

- Compensation could be more competitive, especially for non-DJ roles. - Recognition and advancement opportunities often seem focused primarily on those pursuing the DJ career path. - The company places a strong emphasis on moving employees into DJ positions, which may not align with everyone's career goals. - Employees who are interested in supporting roles rather than becoming DJs may feel that their contributions are less valued compared to those on the DJ track.

Pros

Fun environment Generally pleasant coworkers Possibility of high tip Free meals when in venue Gas & toll reimbursement (sometimes lol) Flexible schedule (kind of) Fast promotion Parties are fun! Free, tailored suit upon promotion Listing positions' pays here: Sub roadie- 125/gig Photobooth attendant- 180/gig Head roadie- 275/gig

Cons

Limited pay Long hours (generally 10+ hour shifts) Must occasionally use your personal Some employees are insufferable. Frequency of work varies Work on Friday & weekends Lots of physical labor Starting position sucks!!! Starting position (sub roadie) is viewed as replaceable. Some roadies may not treat you as respectfully as they should. Truly, it is NOT worth it to work here unless you plan on staying long enough to be promoted (5-10 ish gigs).

Pros

There aren't any pros for working here. You spend what you make in gas and tolls.

Cons

They start you off painting a picture that sounds great. In reality, your getting paid $100-$125 before taxes....You start working at 12pm-1pm and finish up no earlier than 1am. That's 12 hours of work...Every other job you can make $10 an hour and still make more. There are zero benefits to working here, and you get no benefits from the employer. You must pay for your own gas and tolls (most of the venues they send you are far). Forgot to mention the best part the training is unpaid and you have to come to them multiple times. Get this instead of even training you, they give you a PDF and tell you to follow it and go home when you finish. All unpaid. Save yourself the time and just do not work here. For the people who do work at Posh and want to quit...Just don't show up for work because if you show up for work and quit the right way by giving them notice, they will dock your pay for reasons they will make up on the spot (by "they" I mean the Owner-DJ LIL CEE)
