Pros
Sufficient amount of holidays, the possibility to work from different locations/home, good colleagues. Good discount possibilities (car, bicycle etc), employees are encouraged to stay fit.
Cons
Misuse of temporary contracts - the same vacancies are refilled with new people. That results in lack of personal development plan, lack of documentation and description of processes. Internal departments do not communicate enough with each other, absence of a "common goal" in the company.
