Slow environment. Work life balance.

Cons

Not enough scope for career growth. Lay-off is very common. Goes not matter you manager or contractor employees. You job is not secure. Cost cutting is bery common. They dont invest on tools.

People know the brand but that’s it

Cons

This is the worst environment I’ve probably ever worked in, constant lies, awful culture where some people work remote others don’t, director level and above treat everyone else with zero respect. The pay is so below average it’s alarming. The amount of leaders who don’t know how to develop their employees is staggering and their are C level folks who have never hired in their careers before moving into the role.
