      Low salary, small but growing company. Not many opportunities to push design-- most work is rote execution of permit documents.

      You get a good range of experience working on multiple projects. You become familiar with the Chicago permit process.

      Cons

      fast-paced environment with many deadlines. The was ok but not the best.

      Pros

      Great work enviroment. Principal cares for his employees. Encourages then to pursue higher goals. Appreciates every contribution made. Staff gets along with each other. Very helpful.

      Cons

      Low salary. Everything else is great!
