      All of the benefits, particularly the medical one, exceed expectations. There is a fixed increase based on the CBA agreement of Union with PLDT management.

      The company provides good amount of bonuses every year.

      Cons

      It's frustrating to see underqualified individuals being promoted, not because of merit or performance, but due to their tendency to overly flatter or align themselves with higher-ups. It undermines morale and devalues the efforts of those who work hard based on skill and integrity.
