Flexible Work Environment - Anonymous employee PL Consulting Employee Review

The CEO is very nice, flexible and understanding. He is real with you and is not fake as other CEO's are, he will come and help if someone has issues on projects. He will give projects to those are capable of doing the and those who aren't he will teach. Anyone that works at PLC Consulting will have opportunities to grow and flourish as long as they work hard. Its a fun office to work at, the CEO is very flexible, and the pay is great and the so is the food.

The major issue is I would like to address is the chocolate issue there is to much chocolate, different types of chocolate. Therefore, I can't go on a diet yet.

Very friendly, warm and on going work atmosphere. Very flexible work hours for moms with kids in school. Mistakes are treated as a process for improvement. Instead of being blamed for mistakes, PLC feedback is there to guide the employees and shows the employees how to fix the mistake and never being repeated again. Employee Birthday lunches provided by PLC add to this warm and friendly workplace even more. Its an honor working with PLC team.
