Pros

If you really need a job you can get one at PK. They have horrible retention so are always hiring.

Cons

Unorganized, uninvolved Senior Management. Low Recruitment Standards (experience, intelligence,performance)results in workforce cluttered with of chronically unqualified people at site (re: property) level. Does not pay bills which result in a lot of deferred maintenance on properties. Does not respond to resident issues. Recently garnered lots of bad press due to failure to run properties according to federal requirements. High turnover in staff---at least in Alabama----ALWAYS running ads in CareerBuilder just to staff 4 apartment complexes; currently hosting their 2nd career fair in less than 6 months for ALL positions again. Seemingly no respect for the responsibility they have of providing good affordable housing for the country's underserved population.

Pros

At first I had thought with my background I would have not had so many issues with programs that are state and federally funded

Cons

Bad Management, Corporate would not discuss anything with me, Dishonest, Doesn't know the first thing about federal and state run programs that corporate or regional can make their own rules, Incompetent managers
