Pros

Unless you are in desperate need of a job, there are no pros

Cons

Toxic management: You will be belittled and gaslit by upper management and often be caught in the middle of their fights. The culture is one of fear - everyone despises upper management and constantly talks about how horrible the workplace is and what jobs they've been applying to. The CEO is both incredibly paranoid and nitpicky but also gets overwhelmed when you ask for direction. Horrible pay: I was paid minimum wage for a role whose median pay is $10 above. Also there are no benefits (health insurance). Lack of structure and processes: In many roles, there is no organization so you will end up entirely responsible for creating and managing any and all processes. No advancement: There is no opportunity for advancement within the company. I saw people shuffled around from one department to another on a whim. Lack of work life balance: Salaried employees have to work on weekends in addition to the regular 40 hour work week with no additional compensation.

Pros

there is absolutely not a single pro to working for this company.

Cons

Truly amazed by the unprofessionalism this company has. Steven, the “CEO”, is beyond disrespectful to work with and will talk down to you. There is absolutely no socializing at work. Steven fear mongers employees. Talking at work? Forget it. You are forced to sit in complete silence and there are cameras with audio in each room. So Steven will call you while working because he watches the cameras nonstop to scream at you instead of him focusing on his work. And believe me every email sent about, unemployment, PTO, literally anything after being forced to quit will go COMPLETELY IGNORED. Honestly, not worth the mental stress working for this company. Steven, should be ashamed with how he has treated staff and should take a look at all the best employees leaving due to his behavior. People active apply to jobs while working there because no body is truly happy working at PID Floors.
