Pros
Supportive and nurturing team environment with skilled people who really get media relations, and lots of ex journalists in the office who have worked at top media titles. The people are great, staff retention is good (lots start as interns) and achievements are celebrated. Also a good bonus system for birthday and holiday and salaries are above industry average.
Cons
Work is quite press office heavy rather than being about creative campaigns. Development is also quite slow on certain teams, and they have a Junior Account Manager level, unlike most agencies, which means you are often a level beneath peers with the same amount of experience as you. Also a bit old fashioned when it comes to working, with limited flexibility on hours, an 8.30am start everyday and no scope to WFH
