Cons
No company is perfect and there will always be mistakes made but it's how you use those lessons/mistakes to learn and develop so that you don't make the same mistakes.
As part of a larger group, I feel that sometimes the core business has too much influence over the company with regards to processes and procedures.
New technology needs to be embraced, updated and implemented quicker.
