Pockets of talented people Lots of incentives for sales

Very disorganised - late compensation plans, lack of focus on SaaS when that is what they are claiming to be. Unstable products - products could have been a success but too many issues with performance, stability and updates that basically pissed off customers and makes it hard for us to sell. Executive mgmt - lots of talk and no action. No idea about software and always chase revenue at all costs. Does not invest enough into the company to grow as s SaaS. Terrible account management for large accounts - still sell audio conference U.K. them which makes us disposable.
