Pros

Sales is an Acquired Skill and they can teach you how to sell. If you have an open mind and a good attitude they can help you learn.

Cons

Self limiting because: 1. If you are working in an established location the market will be saturated and people may not want to speak with you because they they think they heard all about it. 2. They may have or heard from someone who had a bad experience. 3. You may have to leave to advance because it seems everyone above you is related.

Pros

Great support, awesome culture, lots of ways to grow within the company, incredible mission.

Cons

Wish more people knew how important it is to have insurance and protect their families. PFP does a great job of educating but it can be hard when many customers say "no".
