      Pros

      The company is religious about breaks. Everyone is required to take both a break and a lunch. Supervisors are supportive.

      Cons

      There is no guarantee that there will be work. You may be hired for a full time position, but they will regularly call you and tell you there is no work available. For the quota they set, the pay is terrible. However, this is a good data entry job if you are just starting out and can type fast.

      The people at PEP Direct were vary good to work for. Their training was very good.

      For me there were no cons.
