More pay and not. Weekend

-Many of the people are delightful

-Management has no clue what they are doing. Neither does the owner, it comes from the top here. -The design work feels trivial, and its clear that no one is passionate -There is no room to grow professionally -Work load is heavy, chaotic and comes with poor guidance. -Pay is bad compared to work load and responsibilities -Benefits are bad -Office environment and general culture leaves a lot to be desired. Again, comes from the top here..
