      Pros

      The new CEO is amazing. He is having to overcome a couple of small-minded leaders who were responsible for the previous bad reviews, but he is committed to growth. He has already made a great deal of changes to make the company more attractive to new talent. At least 95% of the current staff now love working here! The others are angry that they can no longer treat staff horribly!

      Cons

      There are no cons, unless you don't want to work for a company whose outlook is bright!
