Pros
The mid and low "level" people are fantastic, as are a few of the managers that really want to see the company be as great as it could be. The product is interesting so I learned a bit, in that regard.
Cons
Lack of trust, caring, communication, empowerment, or inclusivity. Management has a "do as I say and not as I do" approach, and often keeps themselves far from the reality on the ground. Communication is shocking, as secrets and withholding information are power tools used by those who are important. Big decisions and changes are made without including those who could have the most impact on them, and are often implemented with little explanation of "why" or creating buy-in. It's an all-in-all frustrating place to work and the environment is extremely negative as more people start feeling that frustration. Finally, the company incessantly stresses their values but in no way exemplifies them. While toting a "family" feel and "respect for individuals", there have been countless examples of the very opposite. They simply do not care about the people. However those at the very top feel they are doing a fantastic job of communication and caring, which is not only fascinating, but clear evidence of how out-of-touch they are.
