Pros

Free snacks, if you’re into that.

Cons

The fate of the company is in the hands of the emotional owner, Joann. She doesn’t truly care about her employees. She makes lofty promises that she forgets the moment she walks out of the room. There are no benefits, really, and all that is prioritized is the work needed, not the health or overall well-being of the employees. To add, there is a high turnover for many reasons. One reason is that Joann will fire you if she wakes up on the wrong side of the bed. I’ve seen a lot of people leave because she had a personal issue of some sort. Secondly, the pay is abysmal. Thirdly, as aforementioned, there was no health insurance, sick days, and extremely limited (read: however Joann feels that day) PTO. If you just need some income and you are hired here, don’t get comfortable. Keep looking! Even Costco has benefits.

Pros

They provide paid training for certifications, didn't micromanage, let me create my own schedule, provided benefits, a gas card, and monthly car maintenance allowance

Cons

Over schedule inspections. They claimed overtime would be few and far in-between, but they never put a cap on the number of inspections they inspected. I was getting scheduled 10-20 per day, and they take about 1.5-2 hours per inspection. The inspections were spread out in a 1.5-2 hour radius away from the center of the city. Sometimes I would have 4-5 hours of drive time on top of 12-18 hours worth of inspections. Work in the elements. I got burnt out very fast. When I brought this to the office's attention, it fell on deaf ears. Eventually the squeaky wheel was replaced.
