I have worked for PEER Chain Co. for approx. 20 years. Throughout this time, I have held various management responsibility roles. I love it here. PEER Chain Co. has allowed me to grow professionally, as well as provide me the ability to challenge myself personally. I left for a few years to pursue a career long dream to obtaining my MBA and I got it. The experience, guidance, knowledge, and opportunity provided by the Spungen Family has not only developed me as a manager, but it has given me the confidence to pursue my personal dreams. A main reason why I chose to comeback to PEER Chain Co after receiving my MBA is because I want to give back to the company who has taught me so much. PEER Chain Co. not only believes in developing their employees, but they treat you as you as if you are truly part of the family. The biggest PRO I have is the feeling you get when you come to work each day and look forward to the challenges that lie ahead. At the same time, the feeling of accomplishment when your customers are happy with the solutions you have provided them. Great place to work!
Cons
After thinking about this section, I cannot come up with anything. When the company consistently works on developing its employees and truly cares for their well being, there is not much you can complain about here.
