Great people family like atmosphere. I enjoy my job and people I work with.

Pay raise and promotions are a joke due to points system from Clarcor. They always say there no promotion points. You don't get promoted or pay raises based on knowledge skill or doing excellent job almost everyone get the same points (%). To get more they have to take from others and then an extra .25% is not much money. So the gap between pay continue to grow further and further due to dollar amount for higher paid employees is more then that of lower pay since both got a 2 or 2.5 % raise.

Good people to work with on the floor

Company was poorly run at the top
