      Most of the people I’ve met here are understandable and willing to help. Good for fresh grads to dip their toes into engineering and to gain experience and knowledge. Salary wise also okay for *Fresh Grad*

      Cons

      Many workloads, sometimes one engineer handle 2-3 projects then other engineers doing one small task, long working hours, workplace politics, no growth long term as you either enter here as a fresh grad or enter the company with a senior title.

      Pros

      you can find a lot of diversity in this company. The colleagues are from Singapore, China, Philippine, Malaysia, Myanmar and so on. if you want work with people with different background, it is perfect for you.

      Cons

      Almost everyone have several projects on hand at a time, which means you should deal with overload work, overtime and tension schedule.

      -Good start up for fred grad -Moderate compensation package -bonus wise is good.

      Cons

      -Sunset industry -multitask is needed, workload was not assigned evenly. -yearly increment was low
