      Pros

      PDQ is a strong growth-oriented company. As engineers, we're building fun and challenging things. The organization itself is incredibly caring and focuses on giving employees an excellent time. tl:dr * Great Benefits * Reasonable for pay * Fun company culture

      Cons

      Some might not like working in a strongly growth-oriented company. When I joined, PDQ was a lifestyle focused company. We could risk losing some of the magic if we neglect the lifestyle aspect as we scale.
