Mission-driven in everything that they do, really interesting work for an underserved population that does a great job. Most people are really nice and create a great culture. Benefits have improved a lot in the last few years. Work life balance and PTO are strong.

Pay is usually decent but it depends on the position and location. Quality of management varies a lot by location too, many are not held accountable when they don't do what's right. Management in almost all departments needs to do more to plan ahead and build in professional growth for their teams.

Steady paycheck, set hours, basic benefit package.

Micromanagers, lack of standard operating procedures, Can't trust management. Under constant pressure to produce. Do not confide anything to management for fear of retribution. Employees have quit in a short period of time. No room to grow.
