Tons of micromanaging. Salaries are extremely lower than the national average. Health insurance is a huge joke. It's ridiculously expensive, they keep raising the rates & doesn’t cover anything. You're constantly worried about job security. They give and take away your autonomy. Horrendous communication. Unrealistic expectations. Lies. Promises of room for growth when there really is none. This past year they only gave us a piddly 2.5% raise, while Dave Jones & board members continue to make bank. They even acquired new companies instead of taking care of the employees they have. They basically slap their employees in the face and never reward accordingly. What's worse, is they wouldn't allow any managers to give a performance review rating of "exceeds ecpectations".... no matter how hard that employee works. All employees are overworked and overstressed. Management and senior management don't care one way or another. You're discouraged from trying to excel within the company. There's virtually no employee engagement. Certain directors make people's lives miserable with their constant need for control, micromanaging, passive aggresive statements and questions, a bully, unprofessional, never goes to bat for their employees.
