      Great benefits, great work/life balance, I have an amazing team who I am so thankful to work with!

      Cons

      There needs to be a full circle review process, to allow directors to also be reviewed by support staff. Chances for increase in salary limited during review process, be sure to ask for more $$ when you are hired, do not expect a large increase during the review period.

      Pros

      Kind colleagues, hybrid work (3 days in office), good benefits, and important mission.

      Cons

      Top heavy -- too many unnecessary talking heads with large salaries rearranging the deck chairs, while more people are needed to do the actual work. Not much autonomy and very bureaucratic.
