Pros
Although it has been noted in other reviews that there is no standard for training, PCMI now has a trainer who works one on one with new hires to teach them all about the company, what it does, etc. First day in the office everyone went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and included. They are a medium size office with a lovely kitchen where the company supplies healthy snacks for all its employees (oranges and bananas, fresh cut fruit from Mariano's, yogurt) as well as coffee, tea, and filtered water. They supply all the office staff with their own water bottle and mug to cut down on waste/environmental footprint. On day one, employees are shown to their desks or cubicles and a welcome basket is there! This includes a custom card signed by everyone in the office welcoming you to the team, a PCMI logo notebook for any notes you might wish to take down during your training, PCMI pen, etc. The best thing about PCMI (besides the culture and people working for them) is that the company is flexible and management takes the time to get to know you and your strengths, while also encouraging you to grow your skills and set goals for yourself.
Cons
None that come to mind,
