Toxic culture that has started at the top and reaches company wide, no work life balance. Staff always undervalued and over worked. Internal bullying is very much a thing. Constantly talked to about maintaining tight budgets but allowing ELT members to fly regularly and internationally in business class. Remote work is not true remote work, fixed in city you live. Unrealistic targets and huge tensions between different departments and regions. Constantly promised a new office that has never came. Don't take anyones word when contracting, get any accommodations in writing as the organization will deny you.
