      - work/life balance needs to be a personal commitment as it is easy to get excited about the work, health & wellness committees and leadership are supportive of making this a priority

      Cons

      Civil Division - Long hour for nothing. Work for work. Stock dividend from Canada makes it hard for your tax return.
