Pros
PCL treats their employees very well. Small things add up and build a culture in which I feel appreciated as a part of the PCL team, such as frequent lunches and dinners, tickets to local sports events, weekend activities we can bring our kids to, free merch, an incredible health plan, high quality equipment, generous travel reimbursement and accommodations, and more. It pays well too. And I like my job - it's challenging but exciting.
Cons
If you want a job requiring minimal effort, this is not the place for you. It's a demanding career.
