      Pros

      Employee owned. Health insurance is the best out there. Stock purchase plan and dividends are great but take 3-4 years to make it worth it.

      Cons

      They run very lean and require long hours. The company is over 100 years old and can be slow to change.

      Good pay Great benefits Stock buy in Lots of training

      Cons

      Civil Division - Long hour for nothing. Work for work. Stock dividend from Canada makes it hard for your tax return.
