Share program, lots opportunities to learn and grow

Cons

Hard to move up - takes forever because turnover is low. No work-life balance. If you want balance go somewhere else. Performance is directly related to how much overtime you work. It's not healthy.

Civil Division - Long hour for nothing. Work for work. Stock dividend from Canada makes it hard for your tax return.
