Pros
Great teams with a common passion for executing high-quality work. Competitive compensation packages. There are very effective managers, but they are too few.
Cons
Long days and long weeks, but that is par for the course in the industry. More redundancy in the office would go a long way. Also, too much reaction and not enough planning.
