Pros

Very excellent communication and protection from management. They let you make up missed time.

Cons

Poor understanding. Management didn’t listen. QA lied a lot on agents. They paid late and short a lot. They was dishonest. Non cooperative. Didn’t like to help agents.

Strong mission focus on improving operations through modernization (CRM, cloud, automation, and security governance). 3. Leadership generally values measurable results and accountability, which makes it easier to execute and show progress. 4. Cross-functional exposure is excellent (IT, operations, compliance, and business stakeholders), so you build a broad enterprise perspective.

Cons

1. Fast pace and shifting priorities can be challenging if you prefer highly stable roadmaps. 2. Cross-functional initiatives can create bottlenecks, so timelines sometimes rely on stakeholder availability. 3. Process maturity can vary by workstream, so you may need to build structure as you go rather than inherit it.
