      Pros

      Its a good company to work for if you are in desperate need for money, but if you want a professional environment with a reputable name then run the other direction.

      Cons

      Jeff Ramson, the CEO is a completely unprofessional, sneaky business owner who promotes his clients' stock knowing how worthless they are. Terrible company. These guys have the worst reputation in the IR industry.

      Pros

      Their clients and insight allow you to meet a variety of people in the finance, healthcare and technology sectors in order to project yourself forward. Very nice executive staff that interacts with people of all positions.

      Cons

      You are an intern, but just need to prove your self as a value add and you will be respected in a way. Not much room to grow in the firm as its more Interns then Managing Directors. Not to much middle ground for moving out of the daily tasks as an intern.
