Babysitting jobs are awesome if you have a passion for kids. You get to learn about who different kids react to different things, how to manage more than one thin at a time, and you also learn that it is possible to feel like you are a part of something bigger.

Sometimes you have kids that do not know when to stop. You hate leaving them when you find a different job because you feel like you are part of the family.
