Poor culture, particularly in sales is incredibly toxic and dog-eat-dog
Role has same base pay as sales (min wage +1) but involves worst aspects of job and cannot earn commission unlike sales. Increased base pay as comp for the actual abuse you have to endure would be advised.
Token non-Asian staff seem to always get the [bad] end of the stick, miss out on sales bonuses for some reason every time, double-standards in rules enforcement, breaks and lengths and workload, so on and so on.
