The board of directors is incompetent. No matter how hard the CEO or any employee works, the board will always be a hindrance to PAX. They turn over CEOs and C-Suite members like dogs chew through toys. The board does not have a ton of cannabis experience, which is a limiting factor.
No focus on the consumable division and support for the sales team.
Not enough marketing support to assist the entire company.
