This company has been excellent. The people have been very welcoming and supportive right from the very first contact I had with them. I highly recommend them as a workforce. I have never once felt unheard or alone. Best company I have worked for in all my years of working.

The callers we receive are occassionally exhausting but that comes with the territory. You have to remember it is not personal.

Remote, you can pick up hours and give away hours. Team leads for the most part were helpful when you asked questions.

Weird witch culture, Pay, benefits, too strict on calls without enough pay.
