      Fully remote, you're sent almost all the equipment you need for the job

      Cons

      Sosososo boring; your work is micromanaged with call grading and every second requiring explanation; some of the clients you're answering for are scammy

      Remote, you can pick up hours and give away hours. Team leads for the most part were helpful when you asked questions.

      Weird witch culture, Pay, benefits, too strict on calls without enough pay.
