Pros
Wonderful location with plenty of woods, green space and parking. Great building that looks like a mansion. Nice desks, interior spotlessly clean.
Cons
The company is so micromanaged, I hereby substitute "micro" for more the more appropriate word "nano". When you're hired, you're asked, "how well do you work in a structured environment?". Structured is only a euphemism for micromanaged. They tell you they need to be "structured" because their client contracts demand it. The truth is that they use this as an excuse to enforce arcane rules, well above and beyond any contract requirements. Examples include: They have a 3 story building, and an elevator, but you're not allowed to use it. Yes, the majority of the offices are on the 3rd floor. You have to use spill-proof mugs for your drinks. Want a picture frame on your desk? Has to have a gold frame. Out sick? You only get 2 paid sick days your first year, and you have to have a doctor's note for it to count. Salaried employee? You still have to fill out a time sheet. As a salaried employee, you'll be given a standard 45-hour work week schedule, where you can choose from 3 different starting times. However, you won't actually work those hours. Employees there have been asked to work from 8am through 9pm on a weekly basis, others have had to perform tasks 365 days a year including weekends and holidays, and yet others work on their days off (part time employees). People have started and left within 2-4 weeks.
