1. Employee transport is good. 2. Technical learning for initial career level candidate is good.
Cons
1. Worst work culture due to middle management. 2. Worst communication inside company as well as with vendors and suplliers which spoils our professional skills, literally uses abusive words. 3. No trainings are provided to the experienced joiners about the system of company which is an age back technology. 4. Though they claims to be of modern day technology, but uses system from 12-15 yrs back technology as well as process with which your skills get hampered w.r. to todays scenario. 5. Unnecessary paper work consumes lot of time, which can be easily avoided if we are adoptable. 6. Management will not care a bit about employees. 7. Heavy travelling of 55-70km one side from Pune which completely spoils your personal time. 8. Though company offers 5 day work or alternate saturday off, but continuously forces to work on off days or extra hours. 9. No good options of food at canteen, you have to take your own food. 10. Govt. employee attitude people, specially employees working for a long time. 11. Mental harassesment of new employees which causes you to leave company. 12. Hiring by commiting anything which do not work out later.
