Free membership benefits overshadowed by poor management and culture - Wellness Technician PALM Health Employee Review

I've worked at PALM for 5 years now, and I can't imagine working anywhere else. The company culture really prioritizes the well-being of both its clients and its staff (we are very much encouraged to utilize our employee membership benefits!), and and I have found that open dialogue and honest feedback is valued and encouraged. PALM has a very collaborative environment, where everyone is dedicated to helping each other and keeping things running smoothly. The best part about PALM is the people!

It's a growing company and sometimes change happens very quickly, which is to be expected.

Everyone really cares. It is hard work, but genuinely nice people. I have worked at 3 other companies before this and feedback from employees is taken seriously.

I wish there was a 401K but there are so many benefits that outweigh this, which is why I stayed.
